Shipping and payment

Wonder online store delivers across Ukraine, as well as to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Kazakhstan, and European countries.

1. You can pay by Visa or MasterCard in the currency of your card. Prices shown on the website in USD and EUR are for informational purposes only. The final charge will be converted at the exchange rate of the international payment system at the time of payment. All payments are credited to Wonder’s settlement account in UAH.

2. If you choose MoneyGram or Western Union, payment details and further instructions will be sent to the email address or phone number provided when placing the order.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Shipping cost is set by Nova Poshta and depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Within Ukraine, cash on delivery is available with a minimum prepayment of UAH 500. Delivery of purchased items within Ukraine is paid by the Buyer.

Shipping costs for items with a manufacturing defect are covered by Wonder online store.

Cash on delivery is available only within Ukraine with a UAH 500 prepayment (paid when placing the order on the website). The Buyer pays the carrier’s fee for the money transfer. The cash-on-delivery amount will be reduced by the prepayment amount. If the customer refuses the shipment at Nova Poshta, delivery costs are paid by the customer (the shipping cost is deducted from the prepayment).

International shipping is provided by Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta. International shipping is available only with 100% prepayment for the Product and shipping cost. The international shipping fee depends on the weight of the item and ranges from USD 15 to USD 30. Please note that we are located in Ukraine; under the laws of your country, customs duties/import taxes may apply and are paid by the Buyer (you can check local customs terms at your local post office/parcel pickup point).

Orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days after funds are credited to the online store’s account.

Delivery within Ukraine: 1–3 business days.

International delivery: 7–14 business days.

These timelines are approximate. Please note that during holidays, sales periods, or severe weather conditions, delivery delays may occur that are beyond Wonder’s control. Wonder is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel. Items that have an unusual odor, damage, signs of wear, or mechanical damage after try-on, etc., are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs for items returned due to subjective reasons (e.g., the item did not meet expectations in appearance) are paid by the Buyer.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return; only exchange or additional alterations are possible.
